GOAA was founded by Cardell Collins. With the GHSA approval, he was granted a new sports officiating charter here in the state of Georgia. On March 21, 2012 Georgia Officials Athletic Association (GOAA) was created. The future is bright and we are looking forward to the 2012 football season.
