This award is presented to recognize lifetime achievement for demonstrating exemplary officiating judgement and skills; for making outstanding contributions to the officiating industry, to the local association, and to others; for exhibiting exceptional leadership, mentoring, and teaching skills; and for promoting "Excellence in Officiating" by emphaszing sportmanship, fair-play, and integrity at all levels.
