Knee Pads MUST Be Worn

According to GHSA the knee pad rule is being called very inconsistently. Please look at the Rule as written . We should mention to the Coach before the game that knee pads must be worn properly. If a player enter a ball game with improper knee pads he will be sent out for it to be corrected. If that player is allowed to play it becomes a liability issue.

GHSA Game Assignments

We have received the initial assignments consisting of 11 schools.  There will be reassignment of schedules from other associations in the next few weeks. We anticipate that GOAA will receive additional schools, and we will be in attendance at the GHSA Football meeting on June 9th where additional game dates will be available.

This is a great start for all of us, we are building a new association and each of you are the building blocks for our future.
