Founded on March 21, 2012
In Atlanta, Georgia.


GOAA was founded by Cardell Collins, Bob Hamby, Jack Kelly and Mike Samples. With the GHSA approval, they were granted a new sports officiating charter here in the state of Georgia. On March 21, 2012 Georgia Officials Athletic Association (GOAA) was created. The future is bright, and we are looking forward to providing the best in football officiating.
